Vandan Foundation, a dedicated NGO working towards the empowerment of women, is looking for a committed and compassionate Female Advocate to join our team in Thane.

Position: Female Advocate

Type: Full-Time
Location: Thane (Office-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to women facing oppression and injustice.
• Assist with legal documentation, court filings, and case management.
• Collaborate with our outreach and support teams to educate women about their rights.
• Participate in awareness programs, workshops, and legal aid camps.

Qualifications:

• LLB degree with enrollment as an Advocate with Bar Council.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in litigation, family law, or women-related cases (Freshers with passion also welcome).
• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Deep empathy for women’s issues and a commitment to social change.
