Position: Project Lead – Women Empowerment

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced female professional to lead our Women Empowerment Project. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of women's rights, relevant laws, and experience working in the social development sector.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage women empowerment initiatives and field programs.
• Engage with local communities, stakeholders, and authorities to advocate for women’s rights and welfare.
• Design, implement, and monitor project plans, awareness campaigns, and capacity-building activities.
• Provide guidance and support to field staff and volunteers.
• Ensure legal and policy compliance in all women's welfare activities.
• Documentation, reporting, and evaluation of project outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender Requirement: Female candidates only (as per project needs)

Location: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Thane, Maharashtra

Educational Background (any of the following):

• Master’s/Bachelor’s in Social Work (MSW/BSW)
• Law (LLB)
• Public Policy
• Political Science
• Other related disciplines

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in women empowerment or similar social sector work
• Strong knowledge of laws and rights related to women (e.g., Domestic Violence Act, POSCO, etc.)

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in Marathi (mandatory)
• Good command of Hindi and English
