Associate-Accounts Payable

As a part of Oceaneering India Center, you will play a crucial role in the timely follow-up on invoices under query and updating them in the workflow. You will be responsible for performing Quality Checks of peers and reporting errors to be rectified. Additionally, updating productivity or any other relevant trackers will be a part of your duties. Identifying unprocessed invoices after AP close and reporting with the final and accurate date for accrual preparation will be one of your key responsibilities. Responding timely and accurately to emails and interdepartmental queries forwarded to the AP department is also a part of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to perform any additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** - **REQUIRED:** Commerce graduate or above. - **DESIRED:** Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with an international company. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics:** - Advanced Knowledge of accounting principles. - Minimum intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Customer service focus. - Accurate and methodical in approach. - Team Player, Self-motivated & Enthusiastic. - Willingness to work in shifts.
