Associate Accountant

As a Financial Analyst at Interiosplash, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations. You will be tasked with developing and managing budgets for various projects and the overall company, as well as conducting financial forecasting to provide insights supporting strategic planning and decision-making. Tracking and reporting on project-specific financial performance, including cost analysis and profitability assessments, will also be part of your role. Ensuring accurate recording of project expenses within budget constraints is crucial. Your duties will also include preparing and filing tax returns to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and staying updated on changes in tax laws affecting the interior design industry. Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy will be essential. Regularly conducting audits to ensure adherence to established procedures and policies is another key aspect of the position. Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally and project management tools specific to the interior design industry will be necessary for successful performance in this role.
