Associate Accountant

As a Financial Analyst at Intelisync in Baner, Pune, India, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and tax filings in compliance with regulations. You will reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness, as well as prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. You will assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, ensure timely and accurate tax filings (corporate, VAT, GST, etc.), and liaise with external auditors during audits. Additionally, you will be involved in financial analysis and reporting to management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting and financial regulations, and assisting with internal and external audit processes. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
