Associate Accountant

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. As an Accounting Specialist at Concept Medical, your responsibilities will include preparing Management Information System (MIS) data to offer insights into business performance, collaborating with the Marketing & Sales teams for SAP reports and entries, assisting in tender filings for procurement compliance, monitoring debtors reports for outstanding balances, coordinating financial transactions with banking institutions, maintaining accurate financial records using accounting systems or ERP, ensuring GST compliance, updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions, processing invoices, and resolving discrepancies with Marketing and Sales teams. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts, hands-on experience with SAP software, proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, strong organizational and time-management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
