Assoc Talent Acquisition Partner

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner at HMH, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch staffing services to HMH's managers. Your role will involve creating and executing local and national recruiting plans, utilizing various sourcing strategies and resources, and generating innovative recruitment ideas. Your contribution as a Technical Recruiter will be crucial in ensuring that HMH attracts the most talented individuals for its team. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a strategic partner, consultant, and advisor to management in devising effective talent recruitment strategies in a competitive market. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with managers to foster successful partnerships that yield positive outcomes. Additionally, you will track recruitment metrics, analyze data strategically, and provide Talent Acquisition updates to designated client groups. Collaborating with hiring managers on decisions and salary negotiations, understanding department cultures, and guiding candidates on available opportunities will also be part of your role. You will work with the Recruitment team to explore creative sourcing options such as open houses, job fairs, and targeted events to ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Compliance with internal processes, maintaining Employee Central, and adhering to recruitment timelines will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 5 to 9 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, effective communication skills, analytical abilities for report analysis, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational proficiency, and the capacity to identify high-quality candidates in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of current recruitment practices, Affirmative Action hiring, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience are also required for this position.
