Job Description

Analyzer complex technical data to support decision-making processes.

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical reports and presentations.

Work closely with engineering teams to identify technical requirements.

Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.

Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects.

Monitor project progress and perform risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies.

Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the platform.

Coordinate the implementation of upgrades or new systems to enhance performance.

Provide ongoing support for platform systems, addressing any issues promptly.

Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, bugs, or other technical problems.

Provide day-to-day support and guidance to a small team of software engineers, helping remove blockers and ensuring clarity of priorities.

Facilitate regular 1:1s and team check-ins to foster career growth, engagement, and feedback.

Collaborate with leaders and technical leads to align team goals with organizational objectives.
