Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate repayment of all debt obligations including principal, interest, and related charges
• Track repayment schedules, follow up on advances/overdue amounts, and ensure debt repayment confirmations from lenders
• Manage short-term surplus funds through investments in FDs, mutual funds, CPs, CDs, T-bills and other approved instruments
• Monitor and report security cover requirements as per sanction conditions; ensure creation and timely submission of DP Statements / Book Debt Statements
• Ensure book debt creation entries are maintained and communicated to lenders as per facility terms
• Assist in liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting in coordination with Top Management, Treasury Manager and Accounts
• Coordinate with accounts team for accounting entries related to borrowings, repayments, and investment incomes
• Prepare and submit Monthly/Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Annual reports to investors, lenders, and stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with financial and non-financial covenants across all loan agreements
• Assist in preparing and reviewing borrowing documentation including term sheets, covenants, sanction letters, and facility agreements
• Execution of transaction banking documentation
• Participate in automation and digitization efforts to streamline debt servicing and investment tracking
• All month end closing activities
• Bookkeeping and maintaining register for borrowings
• Act as centric person between treasury team, accounts team and the management
• Prepare daily fund closing status, computation of interest income from FD and finalisation of borrowing cost, other investments and reporting of other financial data to aid management decision making
