Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Monitors manpower requirements and ensure timely manpower supply to the organization
Works continuously with the all the departments to understand their Manpower requirements.
Prepares position specific job description for all the categories of employees in Administrative.
Participates in all forms of resource acquisition i.e. direct, referral, online recruitment, campus recruitment, through recruitment agencies.
Engages in recruitment activities in the most efficient manner including but not limited to career fairs, ads, recruitment agencies, university fairs, internal reference and internal recruitment.
Interviews applicants when necessary and filter based on job requirement needs, person - organization fit, and after passing selection tests / interviews.
Negotiates employment terms with candidates and ensure effective negotiation is carried out with others at other functions in the company.
Maintains a complete range of database of Administrative candidates.
Ensures the company's Recruitment Policy is in place and being adhered to all the time to ensure right people are being recruited for the right position at the right market premium.
Prepares monthly reports as requested.
