Position Summary

faculty position in Financial Management

Key Responsibilities

Teaching
graduate and undergraduate courses in Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Risk Management, and related areas.
Publishing
high-quality research in peer-reviewed finance or business journals.
Advising and mentoring
students, including supervision of research projects, theses, and dissertations.
Contributing
to curriculum development and continuous improvement in finance programs.
Participating
in academic service activities including committees, faculty meetings, and program accreditation efforts.
Engaging
in community outreach and collaboration with industry professionals and alumni.

Qualifications

A
Ph.D. in Finance, Financial Management, Financial Economics
, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated potential or established record of scholarly research with publications in recognized finance journals.
Evidence of effective teaching or the potential for excellence in the classroom.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience teaching courses such as Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Risk Management, or Financial Planning at the university level.
Experience in securing research funding or involvement in funded research projects.
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) and/or relevant industry experience in finance are a plus.
Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary programs or executive education.
