Position Title: Assistant/Associate Professor Department: Business Administration Reports To: Dean/Head of Department Position Summary: Vishwa Vishwani invites applications for the position of Faculty in the Department of Psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall development of the Psychology program. Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Psychology such as Cognitive Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Research Methods. Design and develop course materials, assignments, and assessments in alignment with academic standards. Guide and mentor students in academic, research, and career development activities. Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and faculty development programs. Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enrich the student learning experience. Support institutional accreditation and quality assurance efforts. Qualifications and Requirements: Masters degree or Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related field from a recognized university. Prior teaching experience at the college/university level is preferred. Strong knowledge of subject content and pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with online teaching tools and learning management systems is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
