Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Professor or an Assistant/Associate Professor in the MCA Department. The professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, developing course materials, and participating in academic committees. The role also involves evaluating student performance, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in continuous professional development.

• Advanced knowledge in the relevant subject area and a strong publication record
• Experience in teaching, course development, and student mentorship
• Research skills, including the ability to secure funding and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a related field

• Experience with educational technology and innovative teaching methods is a plus
