Placement Executive / Placement Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Placement Officer to join our Training & Placement Department at Cambridge Institute of Technology. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, Recruitment, or Marketing, and a passion for building strong corporate relationships to facilitate student placements and internships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies and industry leaders to secure placement and internship opportunities for students.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and training sessions.
• Guide students in preparing resumes, interview skills, and industry readiness.
• Liaise with academic departments to align placement activities with student skills.
• Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist in organizing career development workshops and seminars.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Marketing.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to engage with corporate stakeholders and students effectively.
• Good organizational and event management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
