Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant/Associate Professor in Engineering located in Indore. The role involves teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in departmental activities. The candidate will also be responsible for curriculum development, assessments, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the engineering field.

Qualifications

  • Teaching and instructional skills, including developing and delivering course content
  • Research skills, including the ability to conduct and publish scholarly research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide students
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ph.D. in Engineering or a related field is preferred; a Master's degree with significant experience will be considered
  • Prior teaching experience at the university level is an advantage
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
