Assistant Vice President- Treasury Analytics

As the Lead FP&A Analytics for Treasury Markets CFO business at Standard Chartered, your role will involve managing various reports for Treasury business across P&L and Balance sheet, delivering CFO level presentations like GPR, GALCO, TFF, BSR, BRC, NIM meetings with quality commentaries, and explanations, along with periodic methodology reviews and monthly result explanations to segments and top management. You will work closely with the process team to ensure results are fully explainable. Your responsibilities will also include Treasury PnL and Balance sheet forecasting, FTP modelling, RWA validation, structural hedge actuals reporting, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, internal metrics, and FMG wide policies. Additionally, you will be expected to manage risk and control breakdowns, develop and maintain effective processes, support change project initiatives, and conduct User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements. Developing a pipeline of talent under yourself, ensuring effective compliance with Risk Management Framework, directing day-to-day controls, and maintaining proper functioning of operational risk controls will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also need to engage in regular interaction with stakeholders such as Traders, Product Control Management, Regional finance team, and internal clients, managing relationships effectively and escalating issues for timely resolution.
