To deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures Private HNI clients having a total relationship value of 6cr INR & above. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in wealth management, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in business development. Key responsibilities include establishing, managing, and growing the TRV of Treasures Private Client segment by acquiring and nurturing clients with AUM => INR 6cr, acquiring new promoters in small, mid, and large corporate segments / Family office/HNI, identifying and securing new clients to increase AUM while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring complete knowledge of all products & services through continuous skill and knowledge improvement, providing feedback on market, competition, and products, suggesting innovations & ideas for continuous product and service improvements, and using financial acumen and investment expertise to review client information and provide superior investment solutions. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 10 years of experience in HNI Sales / Wealth Management / Private Banking segment, handling an investment book of min 200cr INR, previous Private Banking experience, existing relationships with key corporates, family offices, and distributors, a transferable book of discretionary managed investments, MBA / CA or equivalent from a premium institute, sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India, and in-depth knowledge of the local market and competition. Core competencies necessary for this role include effective probing and listening skills, strong relationship management and influencing skills, self-driven and ambitious attitude, good written and verbal communication skills, results-oriented and analytical mindset, ability to deliver results under pressure, understanding of competitive positioning, and a strong service orientation with customer-centric behavior.
