Job Description

As the Lead for the Transformation Group, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day support to key business projects within the transformation portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategizing and implementing internal communications campaigns/stories to promote greater understanding of Transformation initiatives and pillars to the bank. - Unifying and elevating overall Transformation Group (TG) messaging across the pillars. - Collaborating with internal partners like Group Marketing & Communications, HR, T&O COO communications teams etc to develop comms materials in line with TG elements. - Producing compelling content to draw colleagues to communication platforms, while curating and managing the various communication outlets, ensuring optimal message and channel reach. - Planning, editing, and writing content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as intranet, knowledge portals, regular email bulletin. - Ensuring organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders. - Driving the development and implementation of Transformation agenda for the bank. - Driving implementation for Gen AI use cases for DBIL and monitoring adoption/value creation for the bank. - Collaborating with the Business COOs and function PM leads on Transformation book of work. - Providing reporting and informational updates to senior management on Transformation Workstreams. Qualifications required for this role include: - Being an independent self-starter with the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary project across various stakeholders. - Possessing excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Being a good storyteller, capable of conveying ideas/concepts in a way that garners stakeholder buy-in. - Having a holistic approach to thinking, considering multiple angles and perspectives with an inquisitive and creative mind. - Demonstrating excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills. - Having experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executive management. - Holding a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
