Job Description

As a Lead in the change structure, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day support to key business projects within the transformation portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategizing and implementing internal communications campaigns/stories to promote greater understanding of Transformation initiatives and pillars to the bank. - Unifying and elevating overall Transformation Group (TG) messaging across the pillars. - Working with internal partners like Group Marketing & Communications, HR, T&O COO communications teams, etc., to develop communication materials in line with TG elements. - Producing compelling content to draw colleagues to communication platforms, while curating and managing various communication outlets, ensuring optimal message and channel reach. - Planning, editing, and writing content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as intranet, knowledge portals, regular email bulletins. - Ensuring organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders. - Driving the development and implementation of the Transformation agenda for the bank. - Driving implementation for Gen AI use cases for DBIL and monitoring adoption/value creation for the bank. - Collaborating with the Business COOs and function PM leads on the Transformation book of work. - Providing reporting and informational updates to senior management on Transformation Workstreams. You should possess the following qualifications: - An independent self-starter with the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary project across various stakeholders. - A good storyteller, with words and data, who can convey ideas/concepts in a way that ensures stakeholder buy-in. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - A holistic thinker who considers multiple angles and perspectives, with an inquisitive and creative mind. - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executive management. - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.,
