Assistant Vice President - Private Banker

As an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Private Bank in Delhi, you will be expected to assist relationship managers in effectively managing client portfolios and optimizing the client experience. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities including: - Maintaining client information, managing contracts and agreements, and preparing reports, presentations, and other materials. - Coordinating schedules for relationship managers and clients, processing transactions, and managing expense reports. - Gathering information on relevant market trends, competitor offerings, and industry news to support relationship managers in providing informed advice and tailored solutions. - Analyzing client data, preparing reports on portfolio performance, and providing insights to inform portfolio adjustments and client recommendations. - Managing inbound and outbound communication through various channels, relaying important information, and responding to client inquiries. - Providing support to relationship managers with planning, tracking, and executing complex client projects, managing client relations, resolving customer concerns and inquiries, and maintaining the confidentiality and security of client data following strict protocols and ethical practices. You should possess a Degree level education with appropriate regulatory qualifications and be fluent in English and Hindi. Fluency in other Indian languages will be an added advantage. Additionally, you are expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to embrace challenges in an evolving environment.
