We’re Hiring: AVP, DVP & VP – Corporate Leasing Business-DELHI

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with emerging, mid-sized, and #largecorporates to achieve #leasingbusiness targets, focusing on corporate and cleantech markets.
• Strengthen existing client partnerships to generate future #equipmentleasing opportunities and valuable referrals.
• Conduct initial risk assessments and negotiate terms to acceptable levels ensuring smooth deal closures.
• Develop strong connections with OEMs, vendors, and other key stakeholders through regular meetings and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes for successful conversions and disbursements.
• Quickly assess deal opportunities and leasing customer potential to maintain a robust pipeline that maximizes efficiency and business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5 to 15 years managing corporate #leasingclients within banks or financial institutions.
• Qualifications: Graduate degree in finance disciplines such as CA, MBA, or ICWA.
• Added Advantage: Experience in equipment finance and leasing will be a significant plus.
• Salary: Not a constraint for the ideal candidate.
