Job Description

To work across the country for providing best suitable land parcels for construction of Substations at best possible rates on lease / rental / purchase.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

- Smooth transitioning of the secured land parcel to the projects team for starting the construction of the Substation.

- To obtain necessary permissions like, CLU, DTPC, NOC from Panchyat etc

- Be able to close the deal and execute the sale / lease deed with the seller and getting mutation done.

- Scouting and finalizing the land options basis the requirement of the upcoming bids.

- Liaising with brokers and owners and evaluating land and properties and proposing feasible options for development.

Position Demands

Should be open to travel to remote locations frequently.
