Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure effective IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Drive technology innovation and digital transformation to support manufacturing excellence and business scalability.

ERP & CRM Management

• Lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and maintenance of

  ERP (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics)

• Oversee

  CRM systems

  for sales, customer engagement, and service management integration.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Manage system upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination for ERP and CRM platforms.

Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee IT infrastructure including network, servers, cloud systems, and data center.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, data backup, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Optimize IT operations for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Business Applications & Analytics

• Implement digital tools to enhance manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and HR operations.
• Develop and manage dashboards and business intelligence solutions using

  Power BI, Tableau

  , or similar tools.
• Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.
• Utilize

  basic coding skills

  (Python, SQL, or similar) for automation, data integration, and analytics enhancement.

Governance & Compliance

• Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and data security standards.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, data privacy laws, and industry regulations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and provide IT-enabled solutions.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants.
• Coordinate with plant and corporate teams;

  must be open to travel across Gujarat

  as per project or operational needs.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a

  manufacturing or industrial setup

  .
• Proven expertise in

  ERP (SAP/Microsoft Dynamics)

  and

  CRM systems

  (implementation and management).
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  data analytics and dashboard tools

  such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Basic understanding of

  coding languages

  (Python, SQL, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver technology-driven business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel across Gujarat.
