Assistant Vice President Information Technology

As an Assistant Vice President/Joint Vice President of Technology Leadership at our Noida Corporate Office, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction and technological expertise to drive digital transformation within our organization. Reporting to the CIO and being a part of the CIO's Leadership Team, you will lead a team of approximately 50 members, including Development Teams and Emerging Technology Teams. Your responsibilities will include leading the Design & Engineering (D&E) and Emerging Technology teams, overseeing the development and implementation of ERP-SAP and non-ERP applications, and developing enterprise architecture strategies and digital platform roadmaps. You will also be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, NLP, VR, and IoT to enhance digital capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional business teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, managing technology service functions across various domains, and ensuring the security and compliance of IT systems will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, staying updated on emerging technology trends, guiding the digital team in innovation and execution, and applying program and project management methodologies for timely delivery of key initiatives are essential responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role would have proven experience in leading technology teams and digital transformation initiatives, strong expertise in enterprise architecture, software development, and emerging technologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale IT programs, security protocols, and compliance. You should possess the ability to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact technology solutions.
