We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Lead to contribute to the development of cloud-native applications within our cutting-edge Analytics Platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET development, Azure Cloud services, and modern software engineering practices. They will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions using a range of Azure services, including AppService, Functions, KeyVault, Azure SQL & more. This role requires a proactive and self driven engineer capable of interacting with executive and senior management, translating complex business needs into innovative, high-quality technical solutions.

Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)

Take an active lead in helping each person in your team perform to their best and understand how their work contributes to the achievement of business success
Have line management, coaching and mentoring responsibility of 6-8 engineers. Build real solutions through experimentation as part of a multi-faceted team. Additional Responsibilities :

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification

Knowledge & Skills (Must Have) :
10+ years of software engineering experience. Solid understanding and application of SOLID principles in software design. Expertise in .NET (experience with the latest versions is a must) & ability to write high-quality code. Experience building applications with Azure Cloud services, particularly PaaS solutions Proven track record in building cloud-native applications end-to-end using Azure services such as Azure AppService, Azure Functions, Azure KeyVault & Azure SQL Experience with Azure DevOps, including building and managing CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Docker and containerization. Strong understanding of OAuth and authentication/authorization mechanisms in Azure. Working knowledge of IAC (Infra as Code) Experience leading technical architecture and design discussion with Enterprise Architecture. Experience managing team of engineers.

Knowledge & Skills (Additional) :
Certifications such as AZ-305 or AZ-204 Python skills or willingness to learn Python. Knowledge of the Finance domain. Experience with Azure Service Bus. Familiarity with frontend technologies (preferably React). Experience with NoSQL databases, such as Azure CosmosDB. Understanding of Azure Data Factory. Knowledge of Azure AI services. Knowledge of API gateways (Apigee, API Management)

Experience:
10+ years of experience in Software engineering.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
