Job Title: Assistant Unit Manager – Sweet Line

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overall management and operations of the sweet production unit.
• Supervise production, quality, and daily workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Manage manpower, shift schedules, and resource utilization effectively.
• Support in achieving daily production targets and timely order fulfillment.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and coordination with senior management.
• Motivate and train team members for performance improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 4–6 years in the same sweet/confectionery line.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage 11-hour shifts and handle workforce efficiently.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & skills).
