Your mission:

• Distribute tasks from the Content Manager to the editing team

• Follow up on deadlines and ensure smooth workflow

• Do quality checks on edited photos before final approval

• Keep folders and file naming organized and consistent

• Track project progress and report any issues or delays

• Remind team members about their tasks and deadlines

• Support onboarding of new editors

• Create and update simple checklists, procedures, or task summaries

• Coordinate with other departments if needed

• Act as the right-hand to the Content Manager

What you should bring with you:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• 1-2 years experience in administration is a plus. Freshers can also apply.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable

• Familiarity with Google Drive, Slack

• Basic sense of visual aesthetics and photo quality

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Strong Personality and ability to communicate confidently
