Designation :- Assistant to Head of Marketing
Location :- Hawa Sadak, Geejgarh Vihar Colony, Civil Lines, Jaipur
Travel :- 15-20 days

Job Description:-

Team Coordination:

* Regularly follow up with team members to ensure timely execution of tasks.

* Attend all marketing meetings to understand individual responsibilities and provide necessary support.

Event & Travel Support:

* Be available for travel related to shows, events, or marketing initiatives as required.

* Provide support during shoots and other promotional activities.

Marketing Project Support

* Track ongoing marketing campaigns, product launches, and collaborations, ensuring timelines are met.

* Liaise with PR, digital, events, and visual merchandising teams for status updates.

* Follow up with agencies and partners on deliverables such as creatives, media plans, or influencer content.

Data & Reporting

* Maintain dashboards and trackers for marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI analysis.

* Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for review with management.

* Keep a repository of past campaigns, media clippings, and brand collateral for reference.

Administrative Excellence

* Maintain digital and physical filing systems for marketing documents, contracts, and creative assets.

* Process expense reports, vendor payments, and purchase orders.

* Ensure all brand guidelines and compliance protocols are followed in every execution.

Communication & Coordination

* Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, external agencies, and brand collaborators.

* Draft, proofread, and send official communications (emails, invites, proposals) in a tone aligned with luxury brand standards.

* Maintain confidentiality in all communications, especially regarding upcoming collections and campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
