Position: Assistant to GM Operations Location: Greater Noida Experience:1-3 Years Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage end-to-end event planning and execution - Handle product listing and updates across social media platforms - Assist in product packaging and ensure quality control - Support the GM in team management and daily operational tasks - Oversee vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, and follow-ups - Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments and the sales team - Maintain operational efficiency through multitasking and proactive problem-solving


Desired Candidate Profile: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field - 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or event management - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High level of maturity, accountability, and professionalism - Proficient in MS Office and social media tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
