Assistant to Business Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to support the Business Head in daily operations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams, while also managing ad-hoc tasks that come up in a fast-paced business environment. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys a varied workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact between the Business Head and external/internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients for smooth execution of deliverables
• Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments and manage the Business Head's calendar
• Prepare reports, summaries, and follow-ups as required
• Support in documentation, emails, and communications
• Handle miscellaneous business tasks, errands, or assignments as directed
• Follow up on pending items with internal teams or external parties
• Assist in business presentations, data entry, or research activities as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business/Admin/Commerce preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity or unstructured assignments
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and calendar tools
• A flexible, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to "get things done"

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
