Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shimla Rural. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assisting with daily office administration, organizing meetings and schedules, handling communications, and supporting team projects. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in project coordination is a plus
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
