Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant to support departmental operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will assist in daily tasks, maintain records, coordinate with team members, and help meet departmental targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the department head/supervisor in day-to-day operations
• Maintain files, records, and documentation accurately
• Follow up on tasks assigned to team members and update status
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
• Prepare reports, entry logs, and basic data as required
• Handle basic communication (email, phone) as per requirement
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate (as applicable)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / ERP (if applicable)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
