Assistant Team Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving sales targets using a consultative sales approach through your team. Your main focus will be on driving telesales and managing your team efficiently to increase sales, persistency, and conversion targets. You will need to ensure that minimum phone statistic requirements and productivity standards are consistently met. Using a solution/consultative selling approach, you will provide appropriate recommendations to prospective Niva Bupa customers. Your role will also involve driving new sales, recruitment for team building, delivering revenue across all products, and providing a world-class customer experience. It is essential to have a clear understanding of internal and regulatory policies while constantly striving to drive results.
