About the Role
We are hiring a Assistant Supervisor Production to support daily production activities, packing and dispatch coordination in football section and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager / Sr. Production Supervisor in planning and maintaining production data
• Coordinate raw materials, machine parts, packing materials, and carton stock with Stores
• Ensure finished goods are packed, labeled, documented, and shifted to RFG on time
• Check daily dispatches and related records
• Allocate work to operators/helpers and maintain shop-floor discipline
• Monitor efficiency, reduce wastage and downtime
• Ensure safety and 5S compliance on the shop floor
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing teams for timely order completion
• Identify production issues, suggest improvements, and plan work in advance

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in production or dispatch coordination
• Good knowledge of shop-floor operations and production processes
• Basic knowledge of packing, labeling, and dispatch
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
