Role Overview: We are seeking an Assistant Subject Coordinator – Mathematics to manage and coordinate high-quality content development projects aligned with secondary and senior secondary curricula. You’ll collaborate with teachers, SMEs, and freelancers to build rich educational materials and question banks while ensuring quality and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a network of freelance teachers and SMEs Coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with CBSE and other curricula Create chapter-based goals and structure question banks Validate content and manage quality reviews Oversee multiple educational projects, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met What You’ll Need: 8–10 years teaching Math at secondary/senior secondary level 2+ years in academic leadership or administration Strong content and curriculum understanding Project management and organizational skills Familiarity with AI tools, educational tech, and MathType Excellent communication and team coordination skills Master’s degree in Mathematics with B.Ed. preferred Perks: Work with high-energy, passionate educators Opportunity to innovate using educational technology and AI Play a key role in shaping student learning journeys Show more Show less
