Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bandra ( Jio World Drive )for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will support the store's operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting in store management, promoting sales, supervising customer interactions, maintaining inventory and visual merchandise standards, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves leading and motivating the team to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Experience in Store Management to ensure smooth operations and meet business goals
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard company assets and reduce risks
• Leadership and team management skills to motivate and lead the store team
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in retail management or a related field is a plus
