Position: Store Manager – Pet Industry
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in the pet industry (retail, pet products, grooming, or related services)

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service
* Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination
* Lead, train, and motivate the store team to meet sales and service goals
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
* Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and merchandising standards
* Drive promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing a pet retail store or similar business in the pet industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of pet products, services, and customer needs
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
