Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Lakhisarai. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative functions, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating office activities. Additional tasks include maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting other team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Experience in general office procedures and administrative support
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
