Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the service operations across regions
Ensure timely installation and after-sales service for UPS and batteries
Coordinate with clients for service scheduling and technical support
Train and monitor field engineers for performance and technical updates
Improve service turnaround time and customer satisfaction
Maintain service reports, documentation, and spare inventory

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or B.E. (Electrical / Electronics) Mandatory
Minimum 58 years of experience in the
UPS, battery, or power backup industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage service teams and field engineers
Experience in handling installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
Knowledge of AMC management and customer support
