Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service operations across regions
  • Ensure timely installation and after-sales service for UPS and batteries
  • Coordinate with clients for service scheduling and technical support
  • Train and monitor field engineers for performance and technical updates
  • Improve service turnaround time and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain service reports, documentation, and spare inventory

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma or B.E. (Electrical / Electronics) Mandatory
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in the

    UPS, battery, or power backup industry

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage service teams and field engineers
  • Experience in handling installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
  • Knowledge of AMC management and customer support
