Key Responsibilities: Support the Service Manager in managing day-to-day service operations. Attend and resolve customer service calls, equipment breakdowns, and preventive maintenance. Supervise and guide service engineers/technicians in field operations. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues in industrial equipment. Coordinate installations and commissioning of machinery at client locations. Maintain accurate service reports and customer feedback records. Liaise with internal departments like parts, logistics, and sales for smooth operations. Provide technical training to clients and junior staff as needed. Ensure compliance with company standards for service quality and safety. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in servicing industrial equipment, automation systems, or machinery (industry-specific experience not mandatory). Strong technical knowledge in electrical circuits, control panels, PLCs, and drives. Leadership ability and experience in managing field teams. Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
