About the Role:
Were seeking a results-driven Assistant SEO Manager with deep expertise in link building to own our off-page SEO strategy. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with outreach, backlink acquisition, and link audits, and is ready to drive real SEO impact in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute high-quality organic backlink strategies (guest posts, brand mentions, digital PR, etc.)
Use tools like Ahrefs, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, Moz for outreach and link tracking
Collaborate with internal teams and manage third-party agencies for scalable link campaigns
Monitor and disavow toxic links, ensuring clean backlink profiles
Deliver detailed reports on link quality, domain authority, and keyword impact
Requirements:
6+ years in dedicated off-page SEO (non-paid link building)
Proven success in organic traffic and DA/DR growth
Strong experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Real estate, fintech, SaaS, or high-competition niche experience is a plus
