Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Trainer, located in Baddi. The Assistant Sales Trainer will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for the sales team. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training, and providing support to sales trainees. The role also involves tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement within the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in creating and delivering training programs
• Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Understanding of sales processes and strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales or training is a plus
