Assistant Sales Manager - Veterinary Poultry Farm

The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet business objectives within the poultry equipment industry. This includes the identification of new market segments, customer requirements, and potential leads. You will be responsible for visiting various poultry farms, hatcheries, and related establishments to promote and sell a range of equipment such as feeders, drinkers, climate control systems, and incubators. Ensuring customer satisfaction through pre- and post-sales support is a key aspect of the role. Collaboration with dealers, distributors, and sales agents to enhance regional coverage is essential. Market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies should be monitored closely to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will be required to prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback for management evaluation. Participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and product demonstrations is expected. Coordinating proper installation and providing after-sales service in conjunction with the technical team is vital for successful customer relationships.
