Assistant Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Sr. Sales Engineer at Rotomotive Powerdrives India Ltd., your primary role will be to focus on marketing Electric Motors, Gear Boxes, Valves, Gears, Pumps, Drives, and Automation devices to industrial buyers in the Mumbai region within the Industrial Products / Heavy Machinery industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating inquiries for the company's products such as A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices to enhance product and brand awareness in the region. - Directly engaging with OEM Motor customers in the assigned region to pursue a transition from existing brands. - Identifying and appointing suitable dealers and stockists while implementing effective Dealer/reseller policies. - Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to plan product advertising, select appropriate advertising media, participate in trade/industrial fairs, design product literature, and execute mass marketing activities both offline and online. - Recruiting, training, and managing Representatives and Service engineers, overseeing their activities effectively. - Coordinating with the Product Engineering Group for the introduction of new products to the market. - Maintaining and managing the inquiry database efficiently. - Conducting training sessions and other activities that contribute to the growth of the organization. You will be the key point of contact for promoting Rotomotive Powerdrives India Ltd."s products in the Mumbai region, thereby playing a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the company's market presence.,
