We are looking for individuals with real, hands-on experience in property sales who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets effectively.
Generate quality leads and convert them into successful property sales.
Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client servicing.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
Real estate sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good understanding of local real estate market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
