Designation: Assistant Sales Manager General Trade

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for primary sale, secondary sale and suggest improvement thereon.
• Responsible for Distributor appointment & Distributor handling in assigned Towns.
• Responsible for SR ( Salesman ) appointment in assigned area as per manpower plan.
• Responsible for Target setting of the Team & Distributors in assigned area.
• Ensure Beat working by SR ( Salesman ) as per fixed beat plan to generate Secondary Sales.
• Responsible for daily & monthly reporting of Secondary Sales.
• Achievement of Secondary Sales targets from Distributors on a monthly basis.
• Ensure Product visibility /window displays implementation by team.
• Ensure local on-ground promotional activities to generate consumer awareness.
• Conduct market visits to check route coverage, Outlet execution & team coaching.
• Regularly Guide, Coach & Motivate team to deliver Sales targets.
• Handle of distributors & collect Primary Order.
• Distribution small sku,slow moving sku etc.
• Working & analysing on sales data on l3m and monthly.

Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive Sales General Trade

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and achieve sales objectives for assigned Territory routes by brand and pack on a daily basis for secondary, primary volumes.
• Visiting retail outlets and getting the orders and increasing the sales volume.
• Responsible for front-end sales for general trade/channel sales.
• Daily Market visit and do the Sales Calls as per route/plan.
• Market Expansion and activation of new retail outlets.
• Product placement, Visibility, and promotion.
• Achieving the Sales Target assigned by the Management
• Coordinating with the Operations team for the timely delivery of products to clients.
• Resolving customer Complaints.
• Distributor handling/primary sales target achievement/claims.
• Any other activities assigned by management and reporting authority.
