Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain apartment-based customers
Build partnerships with Resident Welfare Associations, housing societies, and gated communities
Lead and manage a field sales team focused on door-to-door and community-based selling
Collaborate with marketing to run hyperlocal campaigns and referral programs
Monitor subscription metrics: churn rate, lifetime value, acquisition cost
Implement CRM tools and digital platforms to streamline customer onboarding
Conduct regular feedback loops with customers to improve service and product offerings
Ensure timely delivery coordination and customer satisfaction

Location - Bangalore (Male Candidate Preference)
(BTM Layout, Electronic City, HSR Yeshwantpur)

* Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.

* Involved in strategizing and promoting several BTL activities to make the product reach out to

* the masses through Area Managers through Area Executive.

* Compulsory B2C Experience

Preferred candidate profile

Should be from B2C Sales Channel.
