Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing employee performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing company policies. Other tasks include coordinating with various departments, handling escalations, and contributing to strategic planning and execution. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in team leadership, process improvements, and meeting operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management, leadership, and team coordination

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Proficiency in using management software and tools for operational efficiency

• Experience in the health insurance or related industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
