Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Dhanbad. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting the management team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, organizing files, and assisting with reporting and documentation processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
