Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in routine office and administrative tasks
  • Maintain files, records, and documents (physical & digital)
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and internal coordination
  • Data entry and basic report preparation
  • Support accounts, HR, or compliance work as required
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Eligibility / Requirements:

  • Education: Any Degree (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / BCA or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience is an added advantage
